To access your tickets you first need to confirm/activate your account.
The first time you sent an email to email@example.com you should have received a reply email from the helpdesk with a link to activate you account. The email has the subject line: "Eduka helpdesk user activation".
If you cannot find the email, get in touch with us and we will send you a new one!
Once activated you can sign in to see your tickets at https://support.eduka.com/support/tickets
